Since only 17% of the entire land mass of Arizona is privately owned, that leaves 83% of open land owned by the State or Federal Government (public land). This land is usually leased for grazing cattle on by ranchers in the area. All of this equates to lots of open land, which is the best training area we could have for our young horses.
We love the western lifestyle afforded us as a result of moving to Arizona. With the love of the old west and horses we have ridden many of the mountains and rivers as well as the Navajo Reservation. The REAL ESTATE profession makes my indulgence in my passion for horses more affordable. Because I want to share this piece of the west with others, I do occasionally have a horse for sale and through my website, I do advertise for others who also have nice horses to sell. Take a look at our site and call me, whether it is real estate, horses or both, we want to share our dreams with you. Click Here to check out our latest adventure into Canyon de Chelly October 2008.
